My brain doesn't freeze per say. I know what i want to say. But my throat closes and my chest gets tight. I get stuck on a word And have to restart my sentence a few times before i can get through the word. If feels like somone it taking a hose (my throat) and bending a kink in it so water (my words) cant come out
