Well, it is annoying. However, in his silly uneducated way, he is trying to help. In a way it is nice that he cares, actually. If you choose to see it that way. Maybe, when kids go to school and learn about health and such, maybe some basic info about stutter should be part of the curriculum. Because most of the kids will meet a friend or classmate who stutters. So it should be part of basic education that stutter is not that easy to overcome and that it is no laughing matter.
