I have the exact same jaw problem. Is it in the right side? Mine can click like crazy sometimes and if I open it up fully it hurts. It feels like out of the socket. Also have a crazy hard time sleeping, 6:30am here atm. What do you think the likelihood is that your jaw is possibly affecting your speech? Might go get it checked out. I've had mine messed up for a few years and that's when I can actually remember stuttering. Oddly enough I don't remember stuttering as a child but my memory is poor.
