Anyone else pretty much always the least respected member of any social group/butt of the joke? Feel like people don't take you seriously when you have a stutter, even despite you having many redeeming qualities. Very often I get the sense that I am a burden and that I am just "tagging along" because the group was too polite to say no. This includes not just with friend groups, but also in the workplace, with family, acquaintances etc. I've noticed that in almost every group, whether a group of work colleagues or school friends, there is always one member who is the lowest ranking member (and I hate to use these terms), and I have found that that is **almost always** me, which I despise. I am who they make fun of and I am ALMOST always the butt of the joke, which sucks a lot. Want to know if anyone else experienced this/is experiencing it or if it could be due to other reasons (e.g. me being off-putting in some other way)
