Thanks for the reply, It's refreshing to hear from people with the same experience. You worded the sinking feeling perfectly "reality collapses around you" like nothing else besides trying to get that word out matters and everything else seems blurred. Good to hear your confident at the moment. The best advice I can give with the phone call issue is to just answer it as quick as possible and not dwell on it during the rings... say a firm somewhat aggressive hello and go from there. When I felt like I was going to sink on the phone I would pause and say something like excuse me my stutter is creeping up on, like I would acknowledge it was there but show the person I taking control of it, from that I gained confidence.
