Sounds like it's anxiety related. Try meditation to relax. It definitely helps me when my stutter starts getting worse. You don't have to be too hippy about it, just take ten minutes a say to sit quietly with your eyes shut and focus on breathing slowly and relaxing. Its not immediate but it has a reliable accumulative affect for me.
