It sounds like the jokes bother you. First off, that sh\*t ain't funny. I'm not going to judge people I don't know, but my initial impression of your coworkers isn't favorable. But let's give everyone the benefit of the doubt... Start off by setting boundaries. Tell others you have a stutter and you'd like the jokes to stop. In most cases, this should be sufficient. ​ >I thought the unwritten rule was I can make a joke and others can laugh. Yes, but... If you joke about it, others might take it as a green light to joke about it as well. If you don't want it a topic of jokes, you might want to avoid making those jokes yourself. ​ >How does this not mean they devalue me as a person? You worry about how you value yourself. People will take their cues from how you hold yourself.
