Thanks so much for answering me. This is very useful information. SpeechEasy would have a better reputation if they made sure they used providers who really understand stuttering *and* what the device can do and not do. I get it; they are a business, but long term, it would pay off. SpeechEasy has it's place, as you know, but used with incorrect expectations, it leads to a lot of frustration or even devastation. Very glad to hear you are so responsible about recommending it.
