I know you probably don't. You should allot some of that respect for yourself. Your family should be your support system, not people you need to hide an important part of yourself from. Your mom sounds as if she's trying, even if she's handling it a bit clumsily. If your sister ridicules you for stuttering, let your mom know. If you stutter, the world is going to find out about it.
