I don't "advertise" per say. But if I happen to stutter then I kind of just brush/laugh it off ("wow that was a mouthful, let's try that again" etc). If you treat me differently because of something that I can't control then you can go fuck yourself. Almost everyone that I know knows that I have a stutter and kind of just ignore it.
