Glad you're able to manage your speech now! It doesn't matter the path one takes to fluency, it's as long as you put in the time and effort to get there. To answer you question, I did reach Lee's book the speech anxiety one for PWS. I bought it on Audible. His speech crutches didn't work for me. I found that his crutches are not addressing the root of the problem which is often the initial turning on of the voice or the starting of a consonant sound when touch the speech articulators together, ie the lips or tongue to roof of mouth. His crutches like the whispering one is not going to address either of these since you still touch your speech articulators together when whispering. So I concluded that he's a con artist since he's selling things which aren't going to help stutterers, esp one's with higher severity. Also in his book, he mentioned these free skype sessions which he offers for free. Yet when I go to his page, I see him charging 27 USD dollars a month or 99 dollars per year, clearly he wants ppl picking the annual one. Which just speaks to his focus, money. But like I said up top, whatever works for the individual.
