I see how this makes sense, but it's not related to blocks, for me, and it's not a behavior I developed in regards to stuttering, at least not consciously. It just happens for as long as I can remember. I looked around and [it seems to be common](https://www.google.com/search?q=why+do+you+swallow+when+nervous&oq=why+do+you+swallow+when+nervous&aqs=chrome..69i57.3810j0j1&sourceid=chrome&es_sm=93&ie=UTF-8#q=why+swallow+when+nervous+), with [this explanation](http://wiki.answers.com/Q/Why_do_we_gulp_when_nervous) sounding the most plausible to me. I just wanted to see whether PWS manifested this disproportionately, since it seems to share some commonalities with blocking.
