Parents aren't always easy to deal with... Clearly your mother isn't educated enough. I would recommend calmly talking to her, explaining how you feel about her not believing in you. If she keeps on getting mad, you'll just have to ignore her, or ask for help from any other family members that you trust, to try and talk to her. You have no fault in this.
