Just had something similar happening to me. While on the phone with the Bank I stuttered and the lady said, "uh oh". I finished then when she asks if I have any questions, I informed her that she shouldn't say that when someone stutters. She apologized and I can tell she felt like shit. We have to call people on this shit. No passes given!
