Don't avoid or ignore feelings, it'll only make it worse * Calmly breathe when feeling nervous * Relax your body tension when feeling nervous * Don't try to unblock because 'trying to control' will make it worse. Think about it, if you tense your speech muscles or overthink you will prevent your subconscious from being your true self - it stops you from utilizing your speech and social capabilities
