Just try your best to be relaxed. You may stutter and you may not. As long as you accept what way it may go it’s possible to not feel fearful. That being said sometimes I still get crazy anxiety when I know it’s going to be my turn soon. Though sometimes I am able to be calm and just order. It definitely takes practice to learn how to control your emotions
