Hey there! Welcome to the subreddit. We have a form of practice on here, on a program called Discord. Here, you can text and voice chat others, and ask to practice, many do it all the time. [Click this for more information about Discord](https://redd.it/49eoxn) --- We also have an old skype support exchange, the thead is old now and you can't comment, but most people who commented there are still active, so just give them a PM and they'll be happy to talk. [Click this for the skype support thread.](https://www.reddit.com/r/Stutter/comments/3p8a1f/skype_support_exchange/) --- In terms of phone calls your best bet is a hotel list. You just call up the hotel, and ask for something. Seeming you're having trouble with your name, try overkill it by starting with your name every time you answer or call on the phone. For example "*Bobby* here, I'm just calling to see if you have *fish* on your *restaurant* menu?" The things you ask for aren't important. Try do a session of maybe 10-20 hotels a day. And you'll notice even within a few days it becoming easier. You want to do it until it becomes boring, and you feel no fear at all. Keep working on sounds and words that pop up and that are difficult. It's important to practice outside your comfort zone. This will 1) Overkill your feared words and sounds and 2) It will give you confidence on the phone the more you do it. It's all well and good talking to others who stutter and practicing there, but will it hold up when you need to use those sounds outside your comfort zone? I hope that was of use to you. :)
