Vigorous exercise followed by a mediation session = relief and improved fluency Works great for me. Considering stuttering seems to be a purely mental obstacle (for me), an exercise session burns off the nervous energy and releases good feeling endorphins resulting in a happier, calmer mind, followed by a meditation session which reduces excessive thoughts overall, brings you to the present and shows you that our thoughts ain’t shit. Meditation and tough exercise is a very good combo for anyone dealing with anxiety regardless of if it’s stuttering related. Give it a try!
