I thought so too. I thought it was genetic or something. I bet you believe it's the same for mental disorders like anxiety and depression. A faulty wiring or an imbalance of brain chemicals or genes. But the latest research shows that it explains a very small percentage of all victims. For the majority, over 90%, it is your environment. How we live is affecting us. It's psychological. People forget we are social creatures. Our social lives affect us. Social doesn't just mean friends; it's all human interactions.
