I can get multiple words out when I am alone. I can talk pretty well, I just still do stutter and block, usually on the Th sound , S sound and a few more sounds . I can be fluent when I sing. My main problems are starting off sentences. I seem to have some kind of gap or delay when I start to talk! I talk slow , but that’s not the issue. Even. Really. Slow. When. I. Talk. Like. This. It’s even making it WORSE! I don’t understand what’s going on . But I can talk when I am alone .
