Stuttering is the worst. I absolutely agree. But it can be managed. Speech therapy and having a better handle on your anxiety can make a huge difference, especially since anxiety makes stuttering worst. Go to therapy, try to meditate (it’s super hard at first, but has helped me a lot), workout, etc. It’ll help. The most important thing to realize is that the person you are talking to doesn’t really care that much. People generally are so wrapped up in their own head/problems they will not be paying too much attention to your stutter.
