Is it the same with alcohol? My speech is way more fluent when I'm drinking but that probably has to do with the liquid confidence part of it. Does it matter the strain or potency of the weed? I get paranoid and stutter more if it's too strong or I'm too stoned. I just get quiet and become part of the couch.
