I also developed a late-onset stutter, and it can happen even without an identifiable cause. But I still got an MRI, it's really important to rule out any neurological issues. What's more concerning, though, are your fainting spells. Together, these symptoms could point to something more serious, or they might be unrelated. Either way, you need to see a doctor to get checked out and address any potential neurological issues as soon as possible. Hang in there, and I hope it's nothing serious.
