sorry to hear that man, it sounds like you have to deal with some very shitty people. I was made exempt from school presentations and I always assumed everybody else in the same situation would be too. and I never had any issues from kids in school while growing up. I do however get a lot of shit from old people these days. I work in retail and old people are the worst. "You shouldn't speak to stupid. it's not respectable." "speak normal you idiot." "what makes you talk like that? are you okay?" or in general they sometimes just laugh. some people are shit, but just remember that the people that usually do shit like this, arent worth the effort of even being annoyed
