buffer words?

buffer words? does anyone use buffer words ALL the time? for example, you're stuttering or feel a stutter coming in the middle of the sentence, so you say a word like "like", "uhh" or "so" to delay you getting to the word you stutter on? i dont think that made much sense lol but i hope someone gets it. i mostly use "like" and "fuck" as my buffer words which leads to me swearing a lot. sucks that "fuck" is my most used buffer words but it is what it is
