Recent fluctuations in sounds that trouble you?

Recent fluctuations in sounds that trouble you? Hi all, I was curious if you've had any fluctuations in what sounds trouble you. While my stuttering fluctuates on a daily and sometimes hourly basis (and sometimes even faster), the sounds that give me trouble fluctuate over a much longer period of time. I woke up sometime about a week ago and all of a sudden my world switched on which sounds trouble me. It is so strange and fascinating. At the drop of a hat, vowel starts are now causing me difficulty. They were my easy sounds for several years, whereas consonant starts were hard. I can feel consonant starts are not as blocky now, but I'm blocking on vowel starts. This seems to happen to me every few years. I theorize that the more I say certain sounds, the more likely I am to begin stuttering on them, whereas sounds I don't make as often will become easier. Edit: I believe this is why saying our names often challenges stutterers, as they are used to saying it so much. It's a strange phenomenon, and I was wondering if any one else has fluctuated over long periods of time like this. Interested to hear any stories, especially if the type of words that challenge you completely changed at some point in your life. Thanks!
