I understand if you're a bit agitated with this post, but you can't just shame and disregard the advice I have given you. I legitimately want to help my fellow stutters out. And the best way I can think of is experimenting. Of course, some of these may not work but others might. Just try each one of these out and see if you notice an improvement in your speech.
