I didnt work as a cashier but I worked in an oral surgeons office and as most people said, once you find a script stick to it. When I had to do pre op questions and post op care I found a script that I could easily memorize and stuck with it. Occasionally ill go off script crack a joke or something and have the occasional stutter but most people wont care. Just be confident and youll be fine.
