A lot of the professional athletes stutter in interviews. I've met PWS who don't stutter when they act. My very unprofessional theory for the actors is that since they are very good at acting, they're acting throughout their life. Like how Marilyn Monroe always spoke with a breathy voice. There is a clip out there somewhere where you can here her stutter.
