Thanks for the suggestions.This is my first job and I've tried emails but it just made situations awkward. Some people as I said are supportive but atleast where I work, it's the minority. Again I'll never stop trying to improve or work to better this situation, I've been trying that most of my life. Just needed to vent a bit.
