Don't over think it, just think of anything else knowing.  If you feel a slight weight over your head at first thats normal cause your mind is so used to being preoccupied with it.  Itll pass.  Just do not at all dwell on it, what ever happens.  Try it like a test for one month.  Think of it just as an experiment with no expectations to worry about.  What do you have to lose?
