Advertise, advertise, advertise. In my own personal experience, if the HR professionals know that you have a stutter and therefore a "disability" (which I don't particularly like that term anyway), they will still consider you for employment simply because hiring someone with a "disability" looks very good for the company. Often times there are government mandated amounts of workers that have to have disabilities for companies so I urge you to always check the yes box when the application asks you if you want to self identify a disability. As much as it's kind of cheap, it made a world of difference when I interviewed and was hired. The company I work for is a contractor for the government every once and awhile and therefore is required to have like 7% or something like that of their workers to have disabilities or they get fined or something. I forget exactly what it is number wise but self-identifying as a person who stutters is only going to (hopefully) help you in your job search. If a company obviously doesn't want to hire you because of the way you speak, odds are you'd have a SHITTY time working there anyway, fam. Stay strong broski.
