My husband says that if it wasn't for my stuttering he wouldn't have married me. As a Puerto Rican I would have to agree. From my point of view I am not the typical Puerto Rican. By typical I mean LOUD and crazy, but crazy in a good way. Me and my sister have completely different attitudes. I am more sympathetic of others and willing to be more patient with people I don't know. My stuttering is a challenge I have to deal with everyday and there has been times where I just want to give up but I get back up and start all over again.
