This is true—employers don’t have to explicitly state that a person was denied a job because of their stutter. Instead, they typically send a standard rejection email, saying they’ve found a more suitable candidate or simply stating that the applicant isn’t the right fit for the role. These are real-life rejection reasons I’ve personally received.
