What I've found helps me the most are easy onset and continuous voicing exercises. On a good day I'll catch myself doing both of those things without thinking and those are the days my speech is best. For presentations and public speaking in general, memorizing what you plan to say will help tremendously. It will hurt your presentation because it may not sound natural and that may or may not be better than stuttering but it will help your fluency.
