For me i started smoking cause it helped with my depression and insomnia but over time the cons outweighed the pros so it wasn’t really worth it anymore. I suggest to put all the things that remind you of smoking away like ash trays, pieces, grinders whatever so at least you won’t be tempted when you see it. As far as the sleeping issues you just have to be more strict on creating a solid sleeping schedule. Set a bedtime for yourself and eventually you’ll get tired every day around that time. My issue is that my mind will race once I attempt to go to sleep. The only thing that truly helped is mindful meditation. It’s literally just trying to quiet your mind. Focus on your breathing or the ac going just try not to think. Sounds hard but is definitely possible. Before you’ll know it you’ll be asleep. Best of luck!!
