I always make it into a positive Whenever I stutter, I always follow it up with an acknowledgement that I do stutter and that it used to be way worse. Owning it, and reaffirming that you’ve made progress and keep working on it, is usually accepted as a positive character trait and almost always seen as a good thing. Apart from the occasional AH or bully of course. Most of my bosses praise me for it actually.
