Mine is tied to my anxiety. I may not mentally feel obviously anxious but ill be a little tense or tired If I notice it's a little worse then usually I just take 10 mins a day to sit quietly and focus on breathing. Basically meditate without the hmmmmms haha but it just helps relax me and improves my speech. If I do it regularly I have less and less bad days
