Oh yes I have a lot of trouble breathing in through my nose. Even after 2 surgeries, haha! I was born with a bad nose I guess, is part of it. And because of that I became completely accustomed to mouth breathing. Like right now I'm consciously breathing in through my nose, but its forced. I cant hold that for long before reverting back to breathing in through my mouth. So breathing in through your nose/out through the mouth was a big part of your therapy? Oh wow, well I'm sure I would do well to try to start doing the same, and perhaps look up some breathing techniques with relation to speech therapy. My sessions with the speech pathologist earlier this year didn't really focus on breathing techniques, so this is good to know!
