Thai chi effects. Iv stutter my whole life. My stutter can described as I have good days and I have my bad days. My stutter happens every other sentence or so. It can be quick or get stuck for 20 secs. Anyway not the point. I just recently started thai chi and with that it has you do breathing exercises during it. Iv been notice that my stutter has decreased a bit. Thought I would share this little experience for anyone who was having trouble wanted to try it to see if it helped. Also anyone use stuff like this to help with thier predicaments?
