Ha, yeah, I've listened to her before. (She's great.) I've never thought she sounded drunk, but I can see what you mean. Although....I don't know, to me she sounds slightly that way not really because of the stutter but kind of just the way she talks and how her eyes are a tiny bit half mast, you know? But, yeah, I can see why she gets told that.
