Hard to say given I know next to nothing about the child. The one thing I'm not exactly sure of is relaxing his tummy. Maybe it's a global effort to reduce tension. Not sure. The easy onset + pause time are fluency shaping techniques. Maintain eye contact is to promote good communication skills and potentially reduce an eye closing accessory behavior (something we do when stuttering that isn't part of the disfluency, sometimes called secondary behavior).
