Where are you from? I would practice a lot. It might not help your nervousness but if you completely know your speech, that is one less thing you will have to worry about when you're presenting. I would be very mindful not to rush your speech or your breathing. Dont try to go to fast. If it helps, take a lot of pauses. They break up the speech and also sound good when put in the right places. You dont want to look down the whole time you are speaking, so I usually pick some point on the back wall or inbetween some people to look at when I am speaking. This way I dont look at anyones face but I am still looking at the audience. Just focus on your speech, focus on your breathing and not the audience. You can affect yourself, you dont have control over the audience.
