Hi I stopped using it because long term use gives me gas and a slightly fishy smell. It helps on my fluency and anxiety but I’m not a heavy stutter so I decided to be on the safe side and not using it daily. Sorry guys who tried without success. Each person is diffeent and what works for some does not work for others.
