I'm stuttering while saying some words.

I'm stuttering while saying some words. I had a Tongue tie release surgery last year and I have been struggling ever since. I can speak normally but when saying some words my tongue slaps the floor of the mouth and causes a noise. I can't speak with the earlier speed and accuracy.
