I used to feel that way about my husband's stutter, but after ten years, and a much better understanding of how it makes him feel, it's not cute anymore. It's hard to remember how adorable it is when I know how it makes him feel every single time. I still wish I could make him hear what I hear, or just take away a little bit of his frustration.
