This is my response to a parent in another thread. You can also search this subreddit for "son" or "child" and see a lot of similar threads if you're interested. Finding a good speech therapist who actually understands stuttering and won't try to teach him to be fluent is hard to find, but they're worth their weight in gold. Also don't tell him to breath in.
