Trouble with beginning sounds

Trouble with beginning sounds I have had a mild stammer/stutter ever since I was a child. It is mainly a product of my rapid speech but I have noticed that I also struggle to get out the begging sounds of words. However, once I have spoken or "warmed up" enough, my speech is more clear. How can one prevent such blocking?
