Its a part of me (m22), but doesnt have the right to influence me. I put myself more and more in uncomfortable positions. I joined a club and got more and more active in it to the point where i organise whole events myself. I am studying Mechatronics and still dread presentations, but just pull through it. Sometimes I have a great time, sometimes i need a whole 30 minutes for a 10 minute speech. Thats life. My point is to not stay in in your comfort zone. You wont get better at speaking if you dont challenge yourself. Learn new things, dont let your speech impairments influence what you do. It will be difficult in the beginning, but it will be worth your while.
