I just posted [a longer reply](http://www.reddit.com/r/Stutter/comments/2wsr16/i_stuttered_through_grade_school_heres_the_advice/) with my advice, bottom line is I get that it's really frustrating to deal with, doing some speaking exercises might help even though the exercises are stupid and embarrassing, and learning to care less about what other people think of you is really hard but can help a lot.
